Event Details
This is the biggest Icrontic event of the year! It's the reason our community's members save up their vacation time. Bring yer PC or laptop and get your game on.
The Food Tour, Duct Tape Challenge, and Daybreak Golf (bring clubs!) will return, and we have several more fun events planned. Expect gaming tournaments in Team Fortress 2, Left 4 Dead 2, Settlers Of Catan, Magic: The Gathering, and more!
This year, the venue will be Tracey's Corner Cafe, at the corner of 12 Mile Road and Hoover (4 miles from ICHQ). It's going to be rad.

Raffle auction:
Tickets will be awarded for participation in sanctioned gaming tournaments and other events. As always, there will be prizes available, each with its own raffle jar. Write your name on your tickets and deposit them by Saturday at 1am for the latenight drawing.
Things to bring:
- Computer
- 20+ ft ethernet cable
- Power strip (if you need more than 1 outlet)
We do NOT have spare ethernet cables, keyboards, or mice. If you're participating in the Food Tour, please bring cash to ease bill-splitting.
Accomodations:
Regular Attendee is required for EVERYONE. Please add the 'Tenting Fee' if you are staying at ICHQ (otherwise we assume you're getting a hotel), and 'Airport Transportation' if you need to be driven to/from the airport.
Tenters, please organize on the forum to minimize the number of tents in the yard. Your tent should be at capacity (no 4-person tents with 2 people).
Please bring your own towel, bedding, and toiletries.
If you need other accomodations at ICHQ, please talk to Lincoln.

NO OUTSIDE food or beverages at Tracey's Corner Cafe. Please support the cafe, their fare is great. :)
Weather:
Be prepared for any kind of weather. We recommend both shorts for mid-day and a hooded sweatshirt / jeans for evenings. Michigan weather is crazy.
Lost & Found:
We DO NOT ship lost & found items so double-check for your phone charger and favorite hat when you're packing. Similarly, don't leave stuff for us to take to the post office. It's your responsibility to deal with it before you go.
Transportation:
If you are flying in, the airport code is DTW. If you want extremely cheap and awesome transportation from DTW --> ICHQ, you can buy a $10 IC Taxi Service ticket. You will be picked up by one of several Icrontic staffers, who will be awesome and make you laugh while you drive.
